Return and Refund Policy
At [ODD], we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide clear guidelines for returns and exchanges below.
1. Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product meets all the following conditions:
The product is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, or unaltered.
The product is in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, and free gifts.
The product shows no signs of wear, scratches, or stains.
Please provide proof of purchase (order number).
Special Notes (For Lighting and Decor Items):
Fragile Items: As lighting and decor items are often fragile, please repack the product securely in its original packaging before shipping it back. We cannot process refunds for damages caused by improper packaging.
Safety Labels: For safety reasons, products with removed or damaged original safety certification labels (e.g., CE, UL) will not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
Products returned after the 14-day return period.
Products damaged, worn, or missing parts due to abnormal use, accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Products returned with missing accessories, incomplete packaging, or stains.
Custom-made, promotional, or clearance items (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase).
4. Return Process
Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at [Your Customer Service Email, e.g., support@yourdomain.com] within the return period. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and within 1-2 business days email you a Return Authorization Code (RMA Number) and the return address. Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.
Ship the Product: Please pack the product securely in its original packaging, and include your order number and RMA code inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost during transit.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Refund Details
The refund amount will be the actual amount paid for the product.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Wrong/Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a free exchange or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
